ASTM A403 is a globally recognized standard for austenitic stainless steel pipe fittings, including elbows, tees, reducers etc.

Heat Treatment
All fittings shall be supplied in a heat-treated condition. Separate heat treatments are required for H grades in terms of solution annealing. In-process heat treatments are not permitted to replace the separate heat treatments.
